    Gute Neuigkeiten, die Idee wurde mit dem letzten Release fertig gestellt. Buchungsberichte/ realisierte Aufwände können nun auch im Kundenportal ausgewiesen werden.

    Hierfür findet ihr unter Globale Einstellungen > Helpdesk > Einstellungen > Öffentliche Ticketseite die Einstellungsoption zu den realisierten Aufwänden:

    • Nicht anzeigen
    • Nur abrechenbare Zeiten anzeigen
    • Alle gebuchten Zeiten anzeigen

    Hallo,
    leider ist die Funktion nur zur Hälfte fertig. Die gebuchten Zeiten sehe ich bzw. stehen im Kundenportal, aber den geschriebenen Text aus dem Buchungsbericht leider nicht.

    Dann man das nochmal ergänzen.?

    Schade, dass wir hier nicht weiter kommen. Kenn jemand vielleicht einen Workflow oder externe Anwendung, die man hiermit verbinden kann?

    Wir haben bei uns als Systemhaus die Aufgaben gewisse Wartungen, Prüfungen oder Updates etc. in regelmäßigen Abständen auszuführen.

    immer wieder neu aktiviert und ein neues Ticket für den Kunden erzeugt.
