    Helpdesk-Berichte automatisch z.B. monatlich erstellen und per E-Mail verschicken lassen. Bisher muss man sich die Berichte händisch beschaffen.

    Beschreibung sollte anpassbar sein, wo sie im Ticket platziert wird. Aktuell ist eine Anpassung nicht möglich der Platz ist fest.
